Because most Poka-Yoke devices are
common-sense practical devices actually developed by
production line workers, it is most informative to review
and discuss actual ideas that have been developed and
are in use. Accordingly, while this course does provide
traditional instruction on the concepts for Poka-Yokeing
a process, it presents a wealth of actual examples to
get your team's creative processes moving!
